All of MASTER-LING's instructors have a university or business school degree in the language in which they teach.

• They have a solid basis of teaching experience.
• They bring a breadth of coverage to the language area.
• They have expert knowledge of one or more special areas.
• They know exactly where to concentrate their efforts during a training course, so results are achieved.

We are uncompromising when selecting instructors and in the demands we make with regard to their professional backgrounds  and abilities.
All our instructors go through special pedagogical and linguistic tests before they are employed. Subsequently they receive training in MASTER-LING’s training methods.
Our instructors have often been employed at MASTER-LING for many years. Their participation in product development and their focus on the wishes and needs of the clients  are an important way of ensuring that the language needs of the future will be met.
Development, goals and results are achieved by means of good interaction between the course participants and the instructor.
